Business Design Analyst - Poole - £35-40k. A Business Analyst with strong design and business process skills is needed by a well-known organisation in Dorset. Providing the link between IT and the Business, on the one hand you will work with business process owners to design improved processes, while on the other hand working with the IT Delivery and Implementation teams to design IT solutions which support those same processes. You will also analyse the new processes performance and therefore the benefits derived from them. You will need to show strong communication skills, as you will deal with stakeholders around the world, as well as leading a Global Design Forum. You will have good systems and data analysis skills, and be comfortable gathering requirements and performing gap analysis. Experience within a multi-site, consumer-orientated business will be a significant advantage, as will knowledge of Agile techniques.
