This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer with Team Leader experience to join an exclusive Global Media company based in London.

2nd Line Support / Team Leader must have good knowledge of Mac OS x (Snow Leopard, Lion) as 85% of users are Mac users. You will also require experience/exposure to Google Apps.

The 2nd Line Support / Team Leader will manager a team of 4 Service Desk Analyst so it’s essential you have previous Team Leader / Supervisory experience,

2nd Line Support / Team Leader who wish to be considered for this opportunity must display the following skills & expertise:

* 3+ years’ experience in an 2nd Line Support/ Desktop Support type role
* Previous experience as a Team Leader
* Solid knowledge of MS Office & Windows XP/7
* Good knowledge of Mac OS X - Snow Leopard, Lion
* Experience/Exposure to Google Apps
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Previous Media experience (highly beneficial)

If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer and you have a good understanding of MS Office, Windows XP/7, Mac OS X, AD,have knowledge of Google Apps and have Team Leader experience then we want to hear from you.
