Application support (Banking front office)

My client is aleading global invesmtnet bank. They require a proactive support analyst with the indepednace and aptitude to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing/changin environment whilst ensuring accurate documentation of all resoultions.

A member of the production support team working closely with the front office and development teams.

The successful candidate for this role will have extensive experience across multi applications and multiple products. The ability to work within a team is essential and have the initiative to identify and own issues raised by the business.

Production Support Analyst
* Working within a team to support front office users
* Manage and communicate BAU request on timely manner
* Ensure procedures are up to date
* Highlight concerns and escalate when appropriate

* Must have cross product experience
* Excellent understanding of the lifecycle of a trade
* Previous experience of application support in an investment bank

* Investment Banking experience
* Trade lifecycle knowledge and exposure to Front Office
* SQL scripting and database management

* Motivated, Self-starter
* Proactive
* Team player
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to articulate technical issues to development team)
* Candidates must be highly analytical and numerate to fulfil this role
