This role is a core member of the cross functional iCONNECT change team. It is a part time contract to provide expert consultation and hands on support for the collaborative diagnosis, design and evaluation of the learning interventions, required to shape the cross-functional training and engagement plans as UK & Ireland launch iCONNECT as part of a wider EMEA-led deployment.
Core qualifications & experience:
* Degree educated.
* Detailed understanding of the theory and practice of adult learning and the application of the full learning/training cycle across large complex organisations, including learning management. Preferably
* Expertise in performance consultation with senior business leaders and HR Professionals
* Proven Facilitation skills.
* Experience of project managing medium to large scale change projects
* Experience of working within complex, matrix organisations.
* Experience of leading or supporting key ';development’ initiatives
