PMO Analyst - Uxbridge
My client, a high profile oil & gas company, is looking for a PMO Analyst to join their team in Uxbridge.
As a PMO Analyst, you will work closely to support the PM. Your main responsibilities will be to provide data analysis and manipulate this for the required audience, track overall progress of all project activity, maintain risk and issue logs, actions tracking, facilitate key meetings and workshops, ensure business requirement are met, monitor and track project progress.
Key skills and experience
· Excellent data analysis and data manipulation skills
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Summarise complex data tailored to different stakeholder community and prepare status reports/dashboards Summarise key findings / draw conclusions / present recommendations
· Suggest recommendations to PM/project team on given priorities
· Excellent ability to manage key stakeholder relationships - Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites globally
· Organised approach and able to work under pressure
· Good attention to details and a concern for accuracy
· Self-starter / Ability to work independently and deliver to target irrespective of work location
· Desktop migration experience with large scale deployments (non-technical)
· Strong Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Project)
· Dealing with end of service life issues
Duties & Responsibilities
· Track overall progress of key work stream activity
· Track and support application test and remediation
· Provide project data analysis reports compiled and from a variety of sources
· Manipulate and present data for various stakeholders globally
· Fully support the project including administration, organisation of meetings and minutes
· Organise and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders
· Maintain project risk and issue logs
· Manage communication plan
· Track and follow up on project actions
· Prepare tailored and targeted project status reports for key stakeholders
· Maintain existing project office processes and procedures
· Review, collate, maintain and highlight changes to project plans
· Support project teams globally and have a flexible working approach
