My client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in a support role and be comfortable answering phone calls, emails and any end user contact which may occur. It will be your responsibility to log, investigate and resolve all issues that arise or assign them to other teams if necessary.
