Technical Support Analyst / 2nd line Support / Market Data Support / Trade Floor Support
Keys Requirements:
Strong Market Data knowledge - preferable Factset , Fidessa , Bloomberg and Reuters
·Basic understanding of trading network
·Windows 7 experience/exposure (rollout experience preferable)
·MCP Windows 7
·Active Directory 2008 R2 support skills
·Problem management (specific skill-set)
Main tasks
Technical
To Provide 1st & 2nd (when necessary) line support logging via system applications
To provide 2rd Line support in own area of expertise
To be particularly conversant with own area of specialisation
Qualifications, skills, experience and competencies needed
Preferably educated to A Level/HND/City & Guilds or equivalent
MCSE/MCP or equivalent - Windows 7
