Training Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to coach and build confidence in members of the team. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training to specialist and employee end-users to support the implementation of the Northgate Arinso ResourceLink HR and Payroll system, so a strong working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, procedures and ResouceLink is essential. This project will streamline and standardise processes, in line with the new system.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in designing and delivering training material to end users to support new system implementation and also experience in training users on HR and Payroll package implementations .
Work Activities
· Carrying out training needs analyses
· Designing training appropriate to the skills needed
· Developing an appropriate mix of formal and informal development activities
· Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs
· Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
· Preparing the learning environment and resources
· Delivering training programs
· Supporting and coaching learners
· Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
· Liaising with the internal training department within HR Development
