We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join one of the most recognisable brands in the UK.

As the HR Business Partner you will be reporting to the Commercial Head of HR you will be given an autonomous and broad generalist remit to include Talent Management, Performance Management, Capabiltity Development, Resource Management, Organisation effectiveness & Change. Working with a highly skilled and passionate employee population and acting as a true partner to the business, you will be perfectly positioned to drive and achieve significant improvements both in business performance and the profile and impact of HR for a leading Brand.


Technical Skills and Experience Required:
Experience and understanding of Strategic HR Planning, Leadership Development and coaching techniques, Strategic Resource Planning, Succession Planning, Behavioural and cultural change and Managing Performance and Talent.
Project and Change Management - Experience of managing and delivering projects. Change management planning and design including organisational design, process re-engineering and behavioural Change programmes.
Policy understanding: Awareness of critical current and emerging employment legislation requirements

Specific Areas of Role Accountability:
Strategic Business/People Planning
Partner with business area to translate corporate and functional strategic plans into people plans that are aligned to the overall strategic HR agenda. Embed plans in order to develop the required organisational capability to deliver the strategic plans and growth agenda.
Talent Management
* Talent reviews
* Performance Management
* Capability Development
* Resource Management
Employee Engagement
Build employee engagement, supporting the customer group in the interpretation of and action planning around EOS to drive improved engagement and leadership scores year on year.
Team and Leadership Effectiveness
Identify and address leadership team development needs at both a team and individual level. Play a key role in the coaching of team members and help identify and commission other development interventions to support increased capability

Drive a high performance culture by challenging management teams to appropriately apply a breadth of performance and development principles and tools when making people planning decisions and strategies, Lead management teams to display role model leadership behaviour through embedding feedback and

Required Experience -

Experience and understanding of strategic HR Planning, Leadership Development and Coaching techniques, Strategic Resource Planning Succession Planning, Behavioural and culture change and Managing Performance and Talent.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a HR Business Partner with experienced ideally gained FMCG environments.

Applicants will be educated to degree standard and be CIPD qualified or equivalent (e.g. MSc in HR).

You will be highly credible with excellent communication skills (both oral & written).

A self-starter, the successful candidate will need to display tenacity, flexibility, influencing skills and diplomacy in equal measure and they must be capable of handling confidential information discretely.
