Harvey Nash are recruiting three Operational Auditors for one of the UKs leading construction services entities. Based in either London, Scotland or the South West (there will be c50% regional travel), these highly rewarding roles require candidates with excellent knowledge of the construction sector (civil engineering and / or commercial developments) with particular interest in Quality Management Systems and Audit including ISO9001.
We see seek candidates with excellent planning and communication skills who are commercially astute and with an enquiring mind and creative problem solving skills - individuals who understand integrated management systems and can review them to ensure that the business is meeting both regulatory and best practice obligations.
Reporting to the Head of Assurance but working largely on your own initiative, you will develop, execute and review the commercial audit plan,carrying out audits of business systems, policies and processes, leading, supporting and coaching staff (no direct reports).You need to be a confident character who can influence colleagues in a direct and yet collaborative manner.
