The client are looking for an experienced Electricity Product Development Manager, who can drive forward the growth and processes of our Business Electricity product to our 100,000 customers, whilst meeting specific margin and profitability targets.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
*Effective management, delivery and implementation of our Electricity product, working closely with internal departments.
*Ensuring IT developments are delivered in a timely fashion clearly defining any system developments required and liaising with IT to the point of implementation
*Ongoing monitoring/reporting and testing of the product, making recommendations for change where necessary.
*Product Planning and strategy roadmap to support sales growth and market changes.
*Evaluation of competitors’ products and pricing
*Ongoing monitoring of pricing to ensure commercial viability.
*Development of Third Party relationships to support growth, including establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and Third Party Agencies
*Ensuring processes and reporting fit with the industry regulatory framework.
Skills and Experience Required
*Proven UK Electricity/Power knowledge
*Excellent communication skills
*Project management skills and be used to co-ordinating change across multiple teams
*Product development experience
*Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to source, structure, analyse and understand trends and performance
*Ability to form strong working relationships and be ready to take on a new challenge.
