A market leading, specialist service business is currently recruiting a HR Advisor to play a fundamental part in the on-going success of their organisation. The HR Advisor will provide an efficient and effective generalist HR service to all employees and managers on policies & procedures, compliance, employment legislation and company best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide advice, guidance and support to all managers on employee relations issues, adapting your approach to each individuals needs
· Offer advice and guidance to all employees in regards to policies & procedures, reward & benefits, well-being & support and learning & development
· Update and develop policy and procedural documentation in line with employment legislation and company best practice
· Support the full employment life cycle by undertaking HR transactional tasks, liaising with internal customers and external providers when required
· Liaise with hiring managers to act on their recruitment needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment & selection process for specialist and support function vacancies

Key Experience & Characteristics:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent
· Excellent working knowledge and proven experience of employee relations, UK employment law, HR best practice and compliance
· Proven experience of coaching Senior Managers , Directors and employees on HR practices and soft skills to aid personal development and performance
· Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
· Ability to influence, persuade and build strong relationships with all employees and senior management
· Valid holder of UK driving license


You will already have experience in a HR Advisor role within a complex, specialist organisation. You will be confident, proactive and positive in your approach with highly developed advisory skills. This role will involve occasional travel to Surrey as and when required.
