Reward Specialist

As a Reward Specialist within a talented and established HR function, your role is key in ensuring an excellence service is offered to the business, in relation to consultancy advice on Pay and Benefits. Working as part of a Reward Centre of excellence within a growing and successful service business, your ability to work within an ever-changing business environment, with complexity of staff and conditions, will be key to your success.

Key tasks will include:
* Benchmarking pay and benefits utilising external market intelligence where required
* Managing annual pay reviews
* Supporting the business on major change activity to include merger, acquisition and restructure
* Job Evaluation and pay grading
* Liaise with other subject matter experts to include Pensions team and other external benefit providers

Key Skills & Qualifications
* Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experience in a similar specialist Reward role is essential
* Experience and knowledge of HR systems and strengths in date production and management
* Excellent working standard of Microsoft Office
