Application Packager required by my client based in Oxford.
The Application Packager will need to have application virtualisation delivery experience including sequencing of applications using Microsoft App-V on Windows 7/Server 2008 R2 and suiting of App-V applications. The candidate will also need to have strong legacy application compatibility troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Microsoft's Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT) and be confident with automating installations via command line/custom scripts.Experience with the use of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager as a deployment method for physical and virtual applications, familiarity with Microsoft Desktop Optimisation technologies and Knowledge of Group Policy preferences would also be very beneficial.
