Dynamics CRM Developer

We are currently working closely with a well-known name within the Media and Publishing Sector to find an experienced and skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 6 month initial contract to be based in Central London.

75% of the role will involve project work covering projects such as upgrading from v4 to CRM 2011, retirement of legacy CRM systems and interfacing to data providers.
Up to 25% of the role will involve support of the user base. There are 9 business units on the platform with different customizations and business process with a user base of approximately 350 users. The support aspects of the role will involve administration, training, troubleshooting and small changes.
The vision for the team is for it to be strongly capable from a Dynamics perspective while at the same time adding significant value to the business through knowledge and experience of the discipline of CRM.
