My prestigious client based in the centre of Birmingham is looking for a Tibco Operations Support Lead to join their rapidly expanding team on a permanent basis. You will need to have Tibco i-Process and Business Warehouse experience to ensure that they are providing the optimum level of service at all times and to agreed SLAs.
As a Lead member of the team excellent people management is also necessary as you will be required to mentor analysts within your team and ensure that targets are adhered to, provide incident resolution and work with individuals for there career development.
Required skills:
- Service Operation experience
- Extensive experience of managing complex Infrastructure and application domains
- Strong interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO iProcess
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Knowledge of Java and UNIX
- ITIL experience
In return you will receive a salary of £45,000- £55,000 + a very competitive bonus + benefits
