Reward Manager

As part of a newly created HR structure within a successful service business in exciting times of transition, growth and cultural change, your role as Reward Manager is key in ensuring that robust Reward strategies are developed to meet business challenges and drive effective talent and retention. Heading up a Centre of Excellence and managing a small team within in Centralised Group structure, you will act as a subject matter expert for all matters concerning Reward across a complex matrix business structure. You will work closely with HR peers in other areas of specialism to achieve a joined up approach that supports cultural change and drives core Vision and Values.

Examples of Accountabilities

* Develop, implement and effectively communicate new Reward strategies
* Lead on job grading exercises, salary and bonus review and advise on recommendations
* ';Champion’ Reward, up-skilling others in specialist knowledge and effective Reward implementation
* Own the Job Evaluation process and manage job grading exercises in-line with any business change
* Participate in Remuneration forums both internally and externally to benchmark and share best practice
* Develop the Reward function as a true centre of excellence, managing service levels to the business and driving continuous improvement
* Contribute to ad-hoc project work.

Key Skills & Experience
* Significant experience of a similar senior Reward role
* Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing new Reward strategies
* Experience of working within commercial businesses that have experienced
business and cultural change
* Strong influencing skills at Senior level
* Good networker with strong understanding of successful Reward practice that links
into the wider business and HR agenda
* Strengths in data analysis and reporting on MI
* Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills
