Interim HR Business Partner required to join my Financial Services client based in the West Midlands for a minimum of 6 months. This role is a superb opportunity to join a well respected and market leading business and partner one of their client groups for a 6 month initial assignment.
Sitting as part of the SMT this role will have around 300 employees mainly based on one site and will be accountable for providing a professional HR service to Managers and give accurate and current advice on employee relations and also manage a number of on going change programmes that are happening within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, based in the West or East Midlands and have worked in an FSA regulated or financial services environment and be able to start in the next 2 weeks and commit for a minimum of 6 months
