Harvey Nash is working alongside a large publishing company based in Zone One; they are looking for a Support Analyst to work as part of a busy Support Desk Team.

3-4 Years’ experience, ITIL understanding is an advantage, Good Customer service skills

Salary - 25k + Benefits


· 2 years working in a technical support environment as first or second line support
· Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 2007/2010
· Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems
· Application Support: Office, Citrix, Outlook Exchange
· Hardware Support: Diagnose faults, replace and upgrade memory and hard drives in both desktops and laptops
· Experience of Internet Technologies and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Ethernet, cabling, TCP/IP)
· Building and maintenance of desktop PCs and laptops (HP hardware experience would be desirable but not essential)
· Experience of Domain/Active Directory administration and configuration
· Citrix Presentation Server administration desirable
· Exchange 2003 / 2010 administration an advantage
· Mac OS 10.6 and upwards administration an advantage
Experience of Telephony and telephone system configuration (Avaya or other) an advantage
