My client a leading Media/ Broadcasting company are looking for a Content Migration Administrator to join their team. The role of the Content Migration Administrator is to extract and transform data from legacy databases into a format suitable for a newly implemented Content database.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* To support the migration of content data from legacy systems, by undertaking specific data-cleansing tasks
* To maintain data accuracy on conversion of the Content Catalogue from legacy systems into the new Content management system.
* To cross-reference programme information to identify any issues of conflict between IT systems
* To source missing key programme information using production databases or original production paperwork

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
* Must have an advanced level of knowledge working in Excel. Experience with Production databases including ORAC, INFAX and FABRIC would be useful, although training will be given.
* Experience of working with databases, preferably MS Access.
* Experience in data migration projects is preferable.
* The ability to manage and cleanse large quantities of data, paying particular attention to detail, whilst remaining focused on deadlines or key performance indicators.
* The post-holder is required to work independently, organising and prioritising their workload on a day-to-day basis
* A strong team player with good interpersonal skill and the ability to build relationships with a range of internal contacts.
