Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory) - Cambridge

My Cambridge based financial client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst with experience working on a service desk or in a call centre with exposure to Active Directory who would be able to add/remove user accounts and reset passwords. Any exposure to Citrix would be ideal but not essential, Candidates must have strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.Image may be NSFW.
