About the role:
In this role you would be partnering with our cleints EMEA business functions to identify and leverage technology solutions. You would be responsible for the delivery and support of key global and regional digital initiatives throughout the Commercial IT Organisations. Driving activation and payback of the global e-sales suites. With responsibility for the implementation of major digital initiatives in EMEA
Key Responsibilities:· Partnering with business units to drive activation and payback from eSales Application and the company sales leadership management systems. Enabling 100% on-line Representative ordering· Analyse the performance of the existing digital tools, works closely with the business to drive up the activation of key digital tools and continue the rollout across EMEA
· Support the digital flight plan of the consolidation build deployments across Europe Middle East and Africa.
· Support the web resilience program to deliver 99.9% website availability
· Align contingency plans of all EMEA countries to support management of major system outages
· Deliver and support key global sustainable & profitable growth initiatives throughout the Commercial IT Organisations.
· Jointly with global/regional/local IT teams ensure that the digital priorities for EMEA delivered
· Ensure that the Portfolio for EMEA reflects the business priorities and is aligned with the global IT strategy· Ensure efficient execution of the online related projects and existing application · Ensure that the PMO processes are properly followed
· Yearly planning process - integrating business strategy planning with the financial budget and resource planning
What experience you would need?
· 2-3 years experience in management and in a role where influencing/negotiating with senior leaders was required.
· High level of interpersonal skills, ability to work in a matrix environment with both business and IT
· Excellent abilities in communications and consensus building
· A forward looking and pro-active approach, positive and practical attitude
· Must be solutions orientated.
· Understand of a large cosmetics Business and have a very good understanding of the typoe of digital assets they may have
· Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
· Motivated and self propelling - curious mentality
· Analytical thinking, good planning and organizing skills
· Accuracy and attention to details Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties.
