Senior Web Developer

My client based in Herefordshire is looking for a Freelance Senior Web Develoepr to work on their main site.As a Senior Developer you will be responsible for the design, layout and coding of the website ensuring a consistently high level of design quality.

You will be involved with the technical and graphical aspects of my clients main website and will look at how the site works, looks and feels.

A Senior Developer you will report directly to the Web Development Manager. The role is a mixture of programming (60%) and content (40%).

At times the role will be client facing and will involve direct client contact. It also involves a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to work with and code within a development team.You must have the following skillset:

· Microsoft .NET up to and including 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, MVC3 and 4.

· SQL Server 2008 with T-SQL.

· Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.

· Agile methodology and TDD

· HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery

· Use of Mercurial or other Source Control tool
