Oracle Application 2nd Line Support Manager - Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Support
My client, a leading global finance organisation, is seeking an Oracle application support manager to join their team. This position will be to both manage oracle support analysts and get involved with problem management and support. The ideal candidate will be career driven with good knowledge of the finance department as he/she will have to interact with finance business users. Knowledge of the ITIL framework will be a big advantage.
Extra information:
- Oracle development knowledge will be a big advantage
- Proven management skills is a must
- Knowledge of UNIX scripting would be useful but not essential for the right candidate
- Oracle PL SQL or SQL knowledge would be an advantage
