A well-established group is currently going through large scale change and transformation after the appointment of a new CEO into the business. To aid and support the change agenda the Head of Business Improvement is keen to recruit a Business Change Project Manager who can take full accountability and responsibility for the management of projects relating to internal business change including a host of transformation projects. This role will take full responsibility for entire project lifecycles including planning, delivery, management of risk, dealing with issues and budget management. In addition the role will be expected to liaise with appropriate project stakeholders and any associated third parties. The role will demand an understanding of existing business processes, systems and standards and regulatory requirements where applicable. The post holder will also be expected to manage multi discipline projects incorporating business process and systems change, including logistics in addition to assisting the Head of Business Improvement with programme mobilisation. An understanding of the change cycle including the interactions between governance, strategy, policies and service delivery is an essential part of this role. To be considered for this opportunity candidates will be well educated and be a full qualified Prince 2 Practitioner. You will also need to demonstrate extensive experience of delivering projects utilising the Prince 2 methodology. You will have proven experience of delivering tangible business benefits as a result of business change implementation and evidence of delivering a portfolio of successful IT related complex projects of works. Experience of risk management activities will also be required as will the ability to take control of task planning and execution. Expertise around managing third party suppliers will also be required. Experience of ITIL, MS Project and Vision will be extremely advantageous. Ultimately you will be a proven communicator and leader and be able to work with the minimum of supervision and complete tasks on time and too budget.![]()
