Programme Manager

The primary responsibility of the role is manage and deliver the largest and most complex change programmes whilst also being involved in shaping strategy going forwards. The role will manage a small of team of around 5 project managers as well as a large amount of business stakeholders. The multi-million pound programmes will involve both business change AND systems enabled change, so for this reason it is CRUCIAL that the successful candidate has relevant experience in their background.

ESSENTIAL skills/ experience:
· Strong track record in successful programme delivery - business change AND IT
· Exceptional stakeholder management ability - can influence diverse range of people
· Passionate - driven to succeed and make deadlines
· Approach - enthusiastic, diplomatic, confident, humble, engaging, creative, pragmatic
· Man management - experience of managing project managers (reviews, objectives)
· Strategic - able to help shape change function and wider strategy with senior peers
· Commercial third party management experience

DESIRABLES:
· Retail, FMCG, distribution, supply chain experience would be an advantage
