Harvey Nash are recruiting a Head of Pricing for a highly successful international multi-channel distribution business. This role could be based in the UK (flexible location) or overseas (Germany / USA) and is pivotal to the creation and implementation of a new global pricing strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven capability of delivering a world class pricing model within a rapid growth and complex international business where the culture lends itself to highly driven, commercially astute and influential professionals who work collaborately across all functions. The key aspects of the remit are:-
Creation of a new global pricing strategy that supports the growth targets in sales, profit and market share.
Leading the team and the regional heads of pricing to improve competitor intelligence in order to develop product and pricing propositions.
Managing the global pricing workflows and pricing decision processes.
Leading the implementation and management of new pricing software.
Execution of price benchmarking and capabilities analysis of competitors to improve the effectiveness of data and gain better commercial insight.
