A Business Analyst who is very experienced at creating Target Operating Models (TOMs) is needed for a client based in Yorkshire. The project will be to capture all Policies, Procedures and Processes involved in a move to an outsourced IT Services Provider. You must also have demonstrable experience of preparing governance frameworks and documents for the entirety of projects. It will also be your role to carry out workshops and road maps to ensure Business As Usual is adhered to and disruption to service is kept to a minimum.
