Technical Support Analyst, Support Analyst, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, South Yorkshire, £19,000 + shift allowance.

My client, based in Sheffield, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to support new and existing IT systems.

Responsibilities:
·1st and 2nd Line Telephone Support.
·Writing Documentation i.e. manuals.
·Windows XP PC support.
·LAN & WAN support (Data + Voice)
·Training in-house and external users on the systems.
·Hardware Support.
·Software/Hardware Testing and some R&D
·Software and hardware installations.
·POD Scanning.
·Stationery Printing & Distribution.
· Daily Backup Routine & Server Room Checks

Essential skills:
·MS Office
·Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
·Windows XP Professional
·Windows Server 2003
·Windows 2000 Professional
·Windows 2000 Server

Desirable:
·Sophos Antivirus
·McAfee Virus Scan
·Lotus Smartsuite
·Lotus Notes
·All Other Windows Platforms
·OS400
