Lead Enterprise Architect
I am currently working with a global organisation who are looking to recruit a Lead Enterprise Architect as part of their wider Strategy, Architecture and Governance practice - the role will have a particular focus and ownership of wider Architecture Governance.
To be suitable for this role you must be an experienced Enterprise Architect with a working background in team leadership and owning and Architecture Review Board/Steering Group/Design Authority. Alongside the Chief Architect and Director of Strategy the Lead Enterprise Architect will have ownership and key sign of architecture components and technology designs across the business.
Currently, as architecture is in its infancy, there will be a necessity to embed governance procedures into the business and wider IT community - an experience of working in a new architecture practice would be ideal.
Broadly speaking the current function is built around the TOGAF framework so experience of this environment is strongly preferred - certification would be ideal. Wider than this specific experience applications experience an understanding of further areas across information, infrastructure, security and governance are useful as the role will work across multiple disciplines with a focus on applications.
The role is a key portion of the newly created Enterprise Architecture team which offers a rare opportunity to work in a Global and well established business in a relatively greenfield architecture environment.
Furthermore this position will be the direct successor to the incumbent Chief Architect offering clearly defined career progression.
This is a permanent position looking to pay a salary of up to c£80,000/annum + benefits.
