Technical Support Analyst / Commodities Support Analyst / ETRM
tecnologies and skills required to perform the role:
* scripting technologies (e.g. Powershell).
* supporting and troubleshooting issues with technologies: including but not limited to: Pricing feeds, messaging, networking, Remote Access Connectivity.
*Oracle & MS SQL with good database fundamentals, ability to write SQL for investigative troubleshooting.
* multi-platform operating system environment - Windows, Unix.
* ETRM systems and market data/trade support skills - product knowledge of Openlink Endur, Sungard Aligne and Trayport.
* commodity or energy trading environment.
* Excellent multi-tasking, problem solving & analytical skills.![]()
