2nd Line Support Analyst

My client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in a support role and be comfortable answering phone calls, emails and any end user contact which may come into the Service Desk. It will be your responsibility to log, investigate and resolve all issues that arise or assign them to other teams if necessary.

Skills required are:
·Windows 2003/XP/7
·Exchange· Microsoft Office
·Active Directory
·Basic Understanding of computer hardware

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to grow there career, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills as you will be liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis.

This is a permanent position paying £18,000- £23,000 depending on experience and offers a great chance for career progression.
