Governance Manager/Compliance Manager- West London- £50K - for an opportunity to work at my leading services company in a Governance/Compliance manager position. You will be responsible for specifying the decision rights and accountability framework to encourage preferred behaviours within the IT department. This includes risk management, reporting, process standards and financial management. Ideal candidate will have:
* Substantial experience in a customer facing, analytical role
* Experience of commercial and vendor management techniques
* Experience of budget, forecast and financial reporting
* Experience of outsource contract and service management
* Understanding of business strategies and priorities
* Highly effective influencing and persuasion skills
* Detailed understanding/experience of process industry standards e.g. ISO9001/2, ISO20000, ISO27001/2
* Project Management experience to recognised industry standard such as PRINCE2, PMI
* Degree or equivalent
* Recognised Service Level Management Accreditation (ITIL or equivalent).
* Ability to work across all levels of seniority within organisation and suppliers to drive a working partnership
* Proven experience implementing change in a large multinational
* Significant management experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to produce effective influencing and persuading arguments to support of goals of the team
* A highly driven and self-motivated individual
* Manage team priorities where required
