Our market leading client is currently looking to recruit an IT Process Improvement Manager. Working in the Group IS & IT function you will be responsible for improving the performance of end-to-end IT processes and driving measurable improvements. You will be accountable for the delivery of all IT process improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and failures in order to develop solutions, set process ambitions, objectives and KPI's. You will have a demonstrable experience of collaborating across all business functions with IT / IS process improvements being key to your previous roles. You will have experience of working at board level and have a background in presenting complex ideas to very senior members of the organisation. You will be a Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Black belt. Above all, you will be a strong communicator and be able to influencing IT and non-IT stakeholders.
