Project Manager - Permanent - Bradford (West Yorkshire)
Purpose of Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our clients Change Delivery team, which will be at the heart of the delivery of all the complex cross functional projects throughout the transformation programme and beyond, working closely with key business stakeholders to successfully deliver quality solutions to meet the business goals.
If successful, you will work with a well-respected Project Management Team that is at the forefront of change from early inception right through to embedding in the Business. You would be expected to bring new ideas, experience, drive, enthusiasm, and fun, and in return will be rewarded with the opportunity to really make a difference.
Critical Skills and Experience Required:
· Project management experience in a business environment
· Experience of the full project lifecycle and are able to demonstrate successful management of business and technical projects
· Budget management and control
· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
· Excellent planning, coordinating and organisational skills
· Able to take an analytical approach and have excellent problem solving skills
· Substantial knowledge, understanding and experience of structured project management techniques
· Substantial knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies e.g. waterfall, agile
· Knowledge and understanding of business processes associated with the retail finance business
