Application support analyst - London - Events /Leisure -£28-32K- required strong in CRM Application Support (MS Dynamics, Trillium), ITIL Service Desk Operations and Windows Desktop Technologies (XP and Windows 7) to join my clients busy and prestigious organisation. The chosen Application Support Analyst will be required to work with the Systems Team and Service Desk Manager in the support , testing, training, documentation, problem management and change control of in house Applications Support and Testing in addition to ITIL Service Desk support. To be considered all candidates must have experience supporting the following:
Including but not limited to CRM, Trillium, Edge 10, Jira, Cascade, Invoice Scanning software and associated testing environments
-Windows desktop technologies (XP and Windows 7).
-Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Active Directory and Exchange 2010
-Mobile devices including Blackberry, 3G cards ActiveSync and iPhone/ iPad technology
