Large Financial Services organisation in central Birmingham are looking for an interim Development Manager for 3 - 6 months.
You will have a strong CV and must have experience of strong 3rd party management, relationship management, stakeholder management and will be used to actually delivering a service and the right solution, as well as the day management of Developers. You will be used to managing teams of around 10 - 15 people of multi-skilled Software Developers.
Strong knowledge of Software Development architectures and methodologies. Good influencing skills, mentoring and making sure the solution delivered in the right solution and service.
Experience of managing an Outsourced partner is looked for. Any experience of the Financial Services sector is a plus.
