The successful candidates will have operated as Training Consultants within Financial Services and have considerable experience designing and delivering technical and induction training for contact centres or more technical based training looking at systems and processes within contact centres.

There are 2 positions available starting in early January until the end of March 2013. Candidates must be willing to stay away from home 5 days per week and be able to commit to the duration of the assignment. Candidates need to be able to work through a Limited or Umbrella company for this assignment. The rate is up to £400 per day which includes any contribution toward expenses.![]()
