HR Business Partner - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for a superb opportunity for a Business Partner to join a large Blue Chip organisation to partner the Sales & Marketing business area on all leadership matters, understand key business issues and drivers for the client area.

Accountabilities:
* To work with the HR Director as a member of the HR leadership team on the formulation and delivery of the HR strategy working heavily across Sales & Marketing
* To deliver the HR strategy and organisational change agenda across the business
* To provide trusted advice and counsel to Senior Management
* To manage the implementation and embedding of standard policies and procedures covering all aspects of HR
* To support the HR Director to deliver KPI’s and targets for the HR function as a member of the HR Leadership team
* To lead organisational design projects and act as a subject matter expert to the business
* To manage, plan and deliver major HR projects to agreed terms of reference
* To design and deliver HR initiatives to meet the company vision and HR transformation
* To develop effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders (HR, business and external parties)
* To lead, coach and career manage a team of HR Business Consultants to develop the capabilities and professionalism of the HR function

We are looking for someone with…
* Commercial acumen - ability to draw out and deal with challenge
* Confidence to influence and challenge key business decision-making.
* Well-developed consultancy skills, including a successful record of building personal credibility and managing relationships with key business decision-makers
* Process consulting skills and ability to draw out and deal with conflict/challenge
* Must have personal credibility with key business decision-makers and HR colleagues
* Must have the confidence to influence and challenge key business decision-makers
* Demonstrable record of leading significant HR interventions (from initial diagnostic phase through to delivery) which contribute to business success
* Extensive HR experience gained in a fast paced commercial environment (eg service, retail, consultancy, private equity or financial services)
* Experience of delivery of change in a unionised environment.

Qualifications
* Appropriate degree or Diploma in Management
* Chartered MCIPD qualified
* Excellent project management skills
