Business Systems Analyst - Nottingham - £35-40k. A leading Financial Services organisation is looking for a Business Analyst. With excellent career opportunities, IT is at the heart of change within the organisation, with an increasing investment pipeline leading to a growing team and exciting projects. In this role you will work withing the Business Change team, and as such will partner with both IT and the Business. You will work on a variety of projects, from small, tactical changes to large, strategic moves. As a member of the BA team, you will take on either a complex project, or several small projects concurrently, manage senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities for your own development within the BA team. You will have excellent requirements management skills, negotiate and prioritise well, and provide consistency in process modelling and improvement. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and strong documentation.
