Contact Centre and Business Operations Manager

Contact Centre and Business Operations Manager - Nottingham - £50-55k. A large organisation in Nottingham is looking for a Manager to work within their Call Centre and Operations function, who has extensive experience managing call / contact centres. Please note this is a Business Operations role, which interfaces into IT Service Delivery, but is not an IT role in itself. You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills, as you will manage customers and suppliers, both internally and externally. This will require experience working within a complex environment, ideally which is ITIL aligned. You will take ownership of Service Performance across all of Operations. You will also be responsible for service recovery strategies, real-time service management of all contact centres globally and act as the point of escalation for major incidents. If you have experience managing call-centre operations,including capacity and resource management as well as some knowledge of IT Service Delivery, then I would like to hear from you.
