Production Support Analyst sought by leading investment bank based in the city of London.
The Production Support Analyst is expected to bring strong technical, configuration and infrastructure skills within a Microsoft Environment for both building and running multiple environments (test whilst in the Release team and production when in the Support team) which run daily batch processes and have critical on line functions.
The role will require hands on technical skills and the ability to co-ordinate with colleagues within the team, other application teams who interface and the teams.
* Strong Knowledge of Configuration Management and Release Management Control processes and Tools
* Strong IT Infrastructure skills in terms of Capacity planning, load monitoring, response time measurement etc.
* Strong MS (2005) SQL Server & Database skills
* Strong experience in MS Windows Environments
