eProcurement Systems Specialist - Ariba - Feltham
My client a leading Oil & Gas company based in Feltham are looking for an eProcurement Systems Specialist with Ariba experience to join their team.
Reporting to the OneSource systems manager, the eProcurement Systems Specialist is directly responsible for deployment, improvement and on-going delivery of the OneSource Managed Service offer for Supplier Management Performance program across the client, supported by OneSource team Offshore partner.
The role holder will primarily:
- Liaise with business stakeholders to validate the SPM programs demand planning
- Manage resourcing needs from the Offshore partner and ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency in the service delivery.
- Build and promote SPM best-practice, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) library and KPIs standardization mechanism
Essential Experience & job Requirements:
- Experience in managing concomitants projects deployment across multiple business areas with complex planning and resourcing aspects.
- Perfect knowledge of the Ariba suite of tools, preferably Contracts, SPM and Sourcing. The candidate should have a firm grasp of procurement processes such as eSourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management.
- experience in working with offshore partners to deliver managed services
- proven ability to manage relationship with numerous stakeholders across the globe
