Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
· Own the international growth strategy for the company, understanding key drivers in each market and working with the Marketing Director to define localised strategies and plans
· Work closely with Buying and Operations to define the proposition, trading and service approach for each market to include pricing model, service requirements, payment and website functionality
· Responsible for all non UK trading and marketing plans, aligning with UK and localising for each market
· Manage all customer acquisition and retention activities in line with agreed budget targets to drive customer base growth, website traffic and customer lifetime value
· Drive all marketing activity for the international channels, digital, print, above and below the line advertising ensuring all promotional and creative content is in-line with brand guidelines.
· Manage all International marketing budgets optimising spend across all marketing channels. Work closely with the UK marketing team to align strategies and gain synergies and efficiencies wherever possible and appropriate.
· In conjunction with the core plan, develop International SEO strategy optimise organic traffic in each market
· Responsible for line management and development of small team of international marketing executives to drive and deliver day-to-day site activities and marketing campaigns

Attend internal and external meetings to represent the department and/or Company
· Attend training courses as required and ensure that professional qualifications (where relevant) are kept up to date
· Work safely at all times with due regard for yourself, visitors, contractors and work colleagues. Comply with the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures
· Any other duties as required to meet the business needs of the departmentKnowledge & Skills Essential
· Minimum 3-5 years experience in a marketing role, ideally with International experience
· Good working knowledge of Digital Marketing and social media landscape and developments
· Excellent budget management skills
· High degree of commercial awareness (including budget control, performance evaluation)
· Ability to communicate well at all levels (both written and verbal)
· Assertive, confident and able to challenge established ways of workingProactive, resilient and able to work using own initiative
