Communications and Engagement Manager - London
The Role:
Developing the Procurement Communications Plan in line with Procurement’s Sourcing Plan.
* Devising and producing communications to support Procurement’s key change management projects including Expenses roll-out and SAP upgrade.
* Working with colleagues to prepare and then sign-off on Delivery Plans.
* Supporting the implementation of supplier, process and system changes through targeted communications.
* Providing editorial approval across our websites.
* Pro-actively liaising with Internal Communications and the Press Office.
* Producing the Procurement Bulletin 6-8 times a year.
* Preparing robust briefings for spend data publication.
* Responding to FOI requests.
* Gathering, analysing and reporting on engagement data.
* Monitoring, summarising and reporting feedback from customers.
* Conducting customer surveys and implementing new feedback mechanisms into Procurement’s services.
* Benchmarking performance of services.
* Embedding a customer focus culture into all of Procurement’s activities.
Essential Experience
· Previous experience of rolling out comms and change impact analysis on major projects is essential.
· Must have strong Communication and writing skills - good creative mind
· Previous experience of measuring comms
Production background would be massively beneficial
