Contract SQL Developer - South Yorkshire

Contract SQL Developer, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL, e-commerce, Data Warehouse, 6 month Contract, South Yorkshire.

SQL Server developer required on a 6 month contract basis to provide database development services to support several projects within the organization. The position requires at least 5 years of development experience using MS SQL Databases.

Required experience:
· Creating technical design documentation
· Strong SQL development skills supporting a range of applications including:
ERP, WMS, CRM, Demand Planning, e-commerce, or Content Management.
· ETL, SSIS
· Data Warehouse / database design
· Data Modelling
· Experience of application integration / migration
· MS SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012 Development

Desirable experience
· SSRS, SSAS
· ZAP
· Other development experience such as C#, .NET

Skills , knowledge and qualities:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Exience with MSSQL Server development.
· Development experience across a range of applications.
· Experience in SQL query Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
· Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for new development projects.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Involvement with the MSSQL Server Community, active in forums or newsgroups would be an advantage.
· Experience in development for Microsoft CRM or Microsoft Dynamics environments beneficial
