Support Analyst required by my Media client based in London.
The successful Support Analyst will join this small Media company during a refurbishment and will help out with desk moves, logging calls, resolving 1st line calls, and administration such as inventory management.
In order to be successful the Support Analyst should have experience of supporting Windows XP/7, Outlook, MS Office and Active Directory in a commerical environment, be a good communicator and have strong customer service skills.
