HR Administrator

A national, customer service organisation requires a HR Administrator to join their enthusiastic and motivated team.
Key Accountabilities:
* Conduct all administration for the employee lifecycle incl. processing starters and leavers
* Ensure the HR system is accurate and kept up-to date with changes in employee details etc.
* Ensure all new starters are fully processed with references, right to work and ensure all new starter paper work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Assist with all training administration including training materials (induction packs, paperwork) and assist with the collation of data in order to draw management information reports
* Assist with ensuring that all internal communication is kept up to date via the intranet and notice boards
* Ensure confidentiality of all HR information in accordance with the Data Protection Act
Key Characteristics & Experience:
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role in a fast paced HR team
* Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage
* Must have a customer focussed approach
* Excellent IT skills
* Passionate about HR, motivation and drive to do well are essential!
