My client is looking to directly recruit a Support Technician to work from their Shepshed offices.The idea candidate will have a solid understanding of all Windows Applications and hold previous experience of working in a Technical Support capacity.
Full training will be given on the use of current Client applications and Internal systems so 1st line support can be provided to clients on these applications/systems.
Technical Skills:
· Windows applications
· MS SQL Server
· Networking (IP Infrastructure; DNS; DHCP)
