A specialist organisation with a global presence, my client is currently recruiting a Reward Coordinator/Reward Advisor to play a fundamental part in supporting and advising employees in all reward queries. Working within the centralised function, the Reward Coordinator/Reward Advisor will work closely with their HR peers but will predominately focus on the delivery and efficient administration of all compensation and benefits programmes across Europe. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate creativity and develop new reward strategies whilst supporting the whole of the European operations.

Key Accountabilities:
· Take an active role in supporting the delivery of annual pay reviews across the Europe, taking responsibility for all preparation, data analysis and administration activities
· Ensure compensation plans are calculated and administered correctly each quarter
· Take part in external benchmarking activities
· Ensure the accurate and effective administration of benefit programmes including, but not limited to: pensions, salary sacrifice schemes, private healthcare and voluntary benefits
· Responsible for the execution of all internal communications regarding reward
· Maintain accurate employee data within PeopleSoft

Key Skills & Experience:
· Degree qualified or equivalent
· Previous experience/knowledge of HR is desirable
· Proven experience of data collation and analysis
· Advanced Excel skills are essential (formulae, pivot tables, macros etc.)
· Excellent organisational skills and a critical eye for detail
· A confident self-starter with a positive attitude
· Ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
· European language(s) desirable but not essential

You will already have experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial organisation. You will be confident, proactive and positive in your approach with highly developed analytical and administration skills.
